Bandura’s Social Learning
Theory emphasizes the importance of observing and modeling the behaviors and
attitudes of others. Instruction can be made more efficient by modeling desired behaviors
of functional value to learners and by providing situations which allow learners to use or
practice that behavior to improve retention.
